Since 1976, Après la pluie has brought together antiques, books and curiosities in Beaumont-en-Auge. Here, in this Normandy shop, Dominic Stora’s passion for making kaleidoscopes began in 1977: a shared love of beautiful materials, unusual objects and wonder.

In 1976, an antiques and book shop opened in Beaumont-en-Auge. A year later, Dominic Stora made his first kaleidoscopes there: the beginning of a story of light, beautiful materials and craftsmanship.
